Richard Hawley played an emotional set, headlining the Virgin Mobile Stage at the V Festival in Chelmsford tonight (August 16).
The Sheffield singer/guitarist's performance of 'Lady Solitude' prompted several couples to slow dance at the side of the main throng.
Hawley's set featured his biggest come to to date, 'Tonight The Street Are Ours', merely was tenacious by sound problems.
He unsympathetic his typeset with an extended version of 'Oh My Love', closing minutes on the stage for the day.
